SETTING THE RIGHT MARKET VALUE
Once we have together established the fair market value of your home based on a scientific calculation of the most recent comparables, we need to track the progress of the market activity of you home. We do this by tracking showings and the feedback from those showings.
At Debbie Simmonds Home Team, every 4 weeks, we will set a listing appointment to review the price and if the feedback and the market warrant it, reduce the price at that time to ensure that your listing does not get stale and overlooked. This will ensure that we sell your home in a timely manner.
